This can then be adapted to a 7-way with 4-way using the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole part # 37185. • The only type of hitch I could recommend for a school bus would be a multi-fit hitch like the # 13703 that is a universal style hitch designed to fit frames that are between 22 and 72 inches apart. This hitch can fit virtually all frame styles so it should work for you, but check out the install video and instructions I attached first. This could work well for you but we've not had anyone report back with a school bus like you have and let us know it worked.
